You will have many options to choose from (colors, fonts, borders, etc), or if you would rather we make the decisions then that is fine also. The purpose of this package is to make the process as easy as possible for you, therefore, the amount of interaction you take is completely up to you. Wondering what you are getting for your $100 dollars? Not sure what we mean by CraigsUpdates securing your domain and hosting? Well, continue reading and we will try and explain it. 1. A web site consists of many elements, but there are at least three things you must have in order to have a web site online. You need a domain name, and a host, and a file (normally a html file). There is a lot of information on the internet that you can search to read more about domain names, hosting, and html coding. When you select this package, we will work with you on the domain name you want to use for your web page. Domain names must be unique, so we will take your suggestions as well as suggest some of our own and we will find a name that is available and CraigsUpdates will secure that domain. The domain will be registered to CraigsUpdates. You can purchase this domain name from CraigsUpdates at any time for $100.00. CraigsUpdates will also host your website as long as we own the domain. If you buy the domain, then you must also secure hosting. All domains and hosting must be renewed yearly. CraigsUpdates will notify you 30 to 60 days prior to renewal. Renewal fees for 2009 will be $60.00. You will be notified of 2010 fees at the time you renew for 2009.

2009 - Renew the domain, hosting, and update your web page - $60.00
2010 - Renew the domain, hosting, and update your web page - Cost determined at 2009 renewal date.
You are not obligated to renew. If you do not renew or buy the domain, then the future of the domain will be determined by CraigsUpdates and as the owners of the domain, we may sell the domain to a 3rd party, use the domain for another business or individual, park the domain, or simply let it expire. If you let the domain expire, then we are no longer obligated to sell you the domain for $100.00. The $100.00 guarantee is only good as long as your account is active with us.

2. You will own your web site once it is built, online, and paid for. You will receive a copy of the html via email. Businesses grow and change and CraigsUpdates realizes that you may need to make a change from time to time on your site. We will make one free change each quarter if necessary. This change can be phone numbers, business contacts, fax numbers, and images. This free update is not for major changes like background/foreground changes, table insertions, or logo changes. We will be glad to make major changes at any time, but will charge $30.00 per hour (one hour minimum).

Your web site will need a logo. If you already have a logo that can be emailed, then we will be glad to use it. If you do not have a logo, then we will use a standard logo similar to the one you see on our site. We can design a logo for you, but that is not a part of this $100.00 agreement. We will be glad to quote you a price on creating a business logo.

3. We reserve the right to deny services for any web site. We will not build pornography sites or sites that can be seen as racist. Any decision we make is final.

4. We will insert a small box on your site stating that this site was designed by CraigsUpdates. This small box will have our email address as well as our website listed.

5. You can add affiliate sites or other ads to your site.

6. If there are any issues that arise that have not been addressed either in this site or in an email, then the final decision will be made by CraigsUpdates. We will try and work out any differences but the final decision will be CraigsUpdates.
